The door is composed by insulating panels with total thickness 40 mm, made by external galvanized prepaint textured steel plates (mm. 0.5 thick each) with standard color white RAL 9010; inside, a CFC free polyurethane foam with density of +45 kg/m3

The panels are connected one each other by means of gavainized hinges.

The balancing of the door is obtained by means of torsional springs (1 or more each door), just to reach an easy moving up and down of the door.
Lifting of the doors by double steel wires, one each vertical side of the door, with parachute against breaking
All the perimeter of the door is sealed by EPDM special gasket, who assure a perfect water and air proof.
All the doors are supplied with parachute security devices for wires and springs (EN 13241-1)

Các tấm panel được liên kết với nhau bằng bảng lề kẽm

Cửa trượt trên các ray thép mạ kẽm dày 2 mm, bằng các bánh xe đặc biệt có thể tự bôi trơn, giúp cửa vận hành êm ái khi đóng mở.
Bát kẹp giảm tốc bánh xe làm bằng thép mạ kẽm, có thể điều chỉnh để tạo liên kết tối ưu giữa các tấm panel và roăn làm kín.
Độ cân bằng của cửa tạo ra bởi lực xoắn của lò xo (1 hay nhiều lò xo trên mỗi cửa), để dễ dàng khi đóng mở cửa.
Cửa được nâng lên bằng 02 sợi cáp, treo 02 bên theo chiều dọc của cửa.
Toàn bộ chu vi cửa được làm kín bằng tấm đệm EPDM đặc biệt, loại vật liệu hoàn hảo để thử thách với nước và không khí.
Tất cả các cửa được cung cấp từ ASTECHDOOR bao gồm thiết bị hãm bảo vệ đứt dây cáp và lò xo (EN 13241-1) – Beak caple device &Spring safety device.
