MTZ-FU-05-4-135 KU, 230V/50Hz three-phase drive motor with electric brake, suitable for intensive service, complete with rod for manual movement of sheet in case of power failure, according to regulatory standards in force. Limit switch fitted into gear motor unit, easy to inspect and adjust. The encoder setting is the default for this door; mechanical limit switch only if expressly requested. Worm gear motor with permanent lubrication, maintenance-free, fitted directly on winder shaft or (with chain transfer unit in case front moter inquired)
Door control CS320 FU -E 0.75kW with inverter with acceleration and deceleration ramps, 230V/1ph power supply and 24Volt low voltage auxiliaries, IP 55 protection degree, with easily removable mother board and separate inverter. Membrane push button with “Open – Close – Pedestrian” button.
Pre-wired electrical system, 230/24V separate voltage lines as required by regulatory standards in force: the photocells, flashing lights, electric brake, limit switch and motor are already connected to the junction box fitted with cables prepared for connection to the control panel. The length of the cables is calculated according to their installation in line with the motor 1500mm off the ground.

Emergency operation: Release rod for partial opening (maximum height 2500mm.); when the rod is inserted, a safety micro switch automatically cuts off the motor’s power. For more than 20m² use of buffer battery is recommended.
